Support Program (CTSPC) for Companies:
Our Caregiver Training & Support Program for Companies (CTSPC) is
designed for organizations that have an interest in maximizing their employees'
productivity by supporting their caregiving challenges through a
non-traditional means of information sharing, best practices and case
management services. Making workplace accommodations as a result of caregiving
responsibilities include absenteeism, workday interruptions, supervisory time,
employee replacement cost, unpaid leave and a reduction in work hours to name a
few can all have a negative effect on an employer's bottom-line. Caregiver
Support Services is proud to offer a program that strengthens the
employer/employee relationship by supporting the employee's wellness and
expanding their capacity when they experience a challenge in caring for a loved
one.
