Family Caregivers

40- Hour Medication Aide

Medication Aides are trained by a nurse to administer medications under the direction of a registered nurse, generally in long-term care (i.e., nursing homes and assisted living communities).

Home Health Aide

Training must be provided under a registered nurse’s supervision. Home health agencies are also required to assess the HHA’s competency for any new care tasks prior to working with clients. CSS training courses provide a solid foundation for continued education and initial training of HHA’s.

Non-Medical Caregivers- 8 Hours

Suggested training for non-medical caregivers includes personal care, privacy, and reporting abuse. We have a variety of course offerings that meet these requirements.

76-hour Nursing Assistant Training

Courses are designed to meet § 483.152 requirements for approval of a nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
